PHOENIX RISING
Phoenix rising from burning pyre
Each time new lessons are learned
Phoenix rising and soaring so high
Seasons change, the world turns

Been reborn in the cleansing fire
A new life formed within the flame
Each one different, no two the same
Life, in a different direction turned
Every soaring voyage gains in height
Showing you more of life's delight
Just keep on reaching for the sky
You have been reborn once again
An old life ends, the new will begin
As once again the phoenix burns
Soot and ashes are blown away
Destined to reform another day
